The equipment can achieve 7*24 hours unattended, automatically identify the mold box and accurately position, automatically cover the inside of the mold box with a small amount of mold release oil, greatly improve the efficiency of the mold box coating mold release oil, the equipment adopts centrifugal oil coating method for operation, no oil mist emission, no pollution of the workshop environment, fully meet the environmental protection requirements.
1.1、It can achieve 100% oil surface coverage of 4 or 5 surfaces inside the mold box, no leakage of voids, 0.3-0.4 kg of oil per cubic brick, and the fastest working time is 30 seconds.
