Ferry cart after autoclave

The ferry cart before autoclave is suitable for transfering the autoclave cart in aerated concrete workshop and the green body carried by it from the empty cart track to the grouping track. The autoclave cart to be transferred is sent from the empty cart track to the ferry cart through the ground transportation equipment, and the ferry cart drives away from the empty cart track. After the ferry cart is aligned with the receiving track, the ground conveying device pulls the autoclave cart to the receiving track.

The ferry cart before autoclave is applied in the autoclaving section. It is composed of ferry track, ferry walking frame, traction device on the ferry cart, a mechanical positioning device and other components.

The ferry cart can realize the horizontal transfer of a large amount of materials in the production of aerated concrete, and can effectively cooperate with a variety of transfer carts to increase the material turnover speed, reduce the use range of the cake transfer carts, and improve the efficiency of production and operation.
