Aluminum powder is measured according to a set value and then put into the pouring mixer automatically. In the AAC production line, this system is used as a blending machine to mix the aluminum powder with the slurry. Teeyer supplies a simple type based on manual weighing and feeding, as well as a type equipped with an automatic weighing and mixing system and a cooling system connected with a PLC-based batching system. It is used in the pouring and pre-curing section, where it works together with the related upstream and downstream operations.
