Cutting Section

This section handles green cake transfer, tilting, positioning, cutting, cleaning, and separation before autoclaving. It includes the machines responsible for dimensional control and product geometry at one of the most quality-sensitive points in the AAC process.


Its value lies in precision, repeatability, and reduced handling loss. Good cutting-section design helps improve block and panel consistency, supports value-added edge profiles such as tongue and groove, and prepares products for more stable autoclave loading.

  • Horizontal Cutting Machine

    The horizontal cutting machine is used in the AAC cutting section to divide the green cake into layers after side cutting. It is arranged in the cutting line as a key cutting unit for forming the required product thickness and supporting the next cutting and transfer steps.
  • Vacuum Suction Hood

    The vacuum suction hood is used in the AAC cutting section to clean waste generated during production. It is mounted on the vertical cutting machine or the hand-hole making machine so that waste can be collected during cutting and related processing.
  • Cutting Cart

    The cutting cart is used around the AAC cutting station to convey the green cake and side plate from the turning hoist to the tilting table. It is a transfer unit in the cutting section that supports cake movement and section rhythm.
  • Tongue & Groove

    The tongue groove station is used in the AAC cutting section for side processing of the cake after transfer to the tongue-and-groove area. It is used for AAC block and panel production and is especially necessary and critical in AAC panel production.
  • Tilting Cleaning Machine

    The tilting table is used in the AAC cutting section to receive the green cake and side plate after turning and to support the following cutting and cleaning operations. It is part of the transfer and positioning sequence around the cutting station.
  • Tilting Demoulding Machine

    The tilting hoister is used in the AAC cutting section to grasp the mould and rotate it about 90 degrees for cutting preparation. During this operation, it also separates the empty mould base from the cake-and-side-wall combination so that mould components can return to the mould circulation route.
  • Top and Bottom Cleaning System

    The top and bottom cleaning system is used in the AAC cutting section for automatic bottom or top peeling of the green body after cutting. It is used together with the tilting table to separate waste generated during cutting and recycle it into waste slurry.
  • Vertical Cutting Machine

    The vertical cutting machine is used in the AAC cutting section for cross cutting after horizontal cutting. It is one of the core equipment in the cutting station and is used to cut the cake vertically according to the required value.
  • Tongue and Groove Milling Device

    The tongue and groove milling device is used in the AAC cutting section for profile processing after the main cutting sequence. It can be used for both AAC block and panel production and is especially necessary and critical in panel production.
  • Automatic Green Cake Separating Svstem

    The green cake separator is used in the AAC cutting section to separate the cut green cake before autoclaving. It automatically adjusts the separating support position according to product specifications to complete the separating of green cake.
