The auto-mobile bridge is used at the front and rear of the autoclave. It is a bridge trolley that overlaps the inner track of the autoclave and the rail so that carts can pass across the track connection point during autoclaving transfer.
In the AAC production line, the auto-mobile bridge is used in the autoclaving section to connect the rail outside the autoclave with the inner track of the autoclave. By overlapping these tracks, it supports the transfer of autoclave carts before and after autoclaving and allows the rail connection to operate automatically.
The bridge trolley forms an overlapping connection between the inner track of the autoclave and the external rail. Under the control of the electric and hydraulic system, it moves into the required position so that the cart transfer route can connect and operate automatically.
