The autoclave cart is located in the autoclaving section and is used for material conveying in the AAC production line. It works on the rail system around the autoclave and is designed for the high-temperature and high-pressure environment inside the autoclave.
In the AAC production line, the autoclave cart is used to carry divided AAC cakes through the autoclaving process. The carts are initially on the rails in the grouping area. AAC cakes are transferred onto the carts by a special lifting hoist, then grouped and hauled into the autoclave by a traction machine. After autoclaving, the carts are pulled out to the finished product area for laying down the AAC blocks or panels and then return for the next round.
The autoclave cart starts on the rails in the grouping area. After divided AAC cakes are lifted onto the cart, the cart is grouped and hauled into the autoclave by the traction machine. When the autoclaving process is completed, the cart is pulled out to the finished product area, the AAC blocks or panels are laid down, and the cart returns to the initial position for the next cycle.
The autoclave cart is used in the autoclaving section of AAC block and panel production lines for conveying cakes into and out of the autoclave. It is suitable for rail-based transfer arrangements where cakes are grouped, cured, and then moved to the finished product area.
