The ferry cart before/after autoclave is used in the autoclaving section to transfer autoclaved cakes and connect the movement between the autoclave area and the return rail or unloading area. It is part of the transfer arrangement around the autoclave and supports the movement of autoclave carts during the loading and unloading process.
In the AAC production line, the driving part of the ferry cart carries the autoclaved cake and connects with the autoclave cart automatically, then pulls the cake out of the autoclave. After that, the first autoclave cart unhooks from the driving part and is transferred by the ferry cart to the return rail and unloading area so that the next transfer step can continue.
