The finished product clamping hoister is used in the finished products packing section to lift finished products and separate them from the side wall after autoclaving. Finished products are lifted by the clamping hoister to leave the side wall behind, with blocks transferred onto a movable block squeezer and panels transferred onto the panel conveyor. This makes the hoister an important transfer unit in the finished-product handling flow.
In the AAC production line, the finished product clamping hoister is arranged after autoclaving and before later conveying or packing steps. Its function is to clamp, lift, and transfer finished products in a stable way so that they can move into the next handling route. The machine uses a special walking mechanism and a guide frame for stable and precise lifting and descending.
After the finished products leave the autoclaving stage, the clamping hoister grips the product and lifts it out of the side-plate handling condition. It then transfers the blocks or panels into the proper downstream route according to the production arrangement, helping connect autoclaving output with the final packing section.
It is used for finished-product lifting and transfer in the final section of the AAC line. Typical applications include block transfer to a movable block squeezer, panel transfer to a panel conveyor, and finished-product handling arrangements that require stable clamping and accurate lifting after autoclaving.
