The finished product conveyor line is used in the packing section for AAC block conveying. It is a chain conveyor equipped with a stack merging device and works together with the finished product clamping hoist and automatic strapping machine. In the finished-product stage, it acts as a key transfer line between product receiving, package formation, and movement toward storage.
In the AAC production line, the finished product conveyor line connects the main handling and packaging steps after autoclaving. Blocks are placed onto the pallet on the conveyor chain, then conveyed to the strapping machine, and afterward moved by forklift to the stacking area. This arrangement makes the conveyor line a continuous transfer path within the packing section.
The conveyor line receives finished blocks, carries them through the packaging process, and sends them toward the next transfer point. By linking pallet placement, conveying, and strapping, it helps organize finished-product movement inside the packing section before forklift transfer to the stacking area.
It is used for conveying finished AAC blocks in the packing section. Typical applications include pallet-based transfer before strapping, stack merging before final package securing, and finished-product movement from clamping hoisting to stacking-area transfer.
