Product description
This product is a pallet-free packaging line. It uses a combination of rotating clamps and brick-pulling clamps to stack blocks, so that each stack of blocks has a forklift fork-taking hole. The pallet-free packaging machine is then used to vertically bundle the blocks in the longitudinal and transverse directions, realizing the pallet-free transportation of blocks.
Intelligent control, after starting work, the rotating fixture clamps the whole stack of blocks, puts part of each stack of blocks on the extraction and rotation conveyor line, the brick extraction fixture extracts some blocks on the brick extraction conveyor line and puts them on the finished product packaging conveyor line; the rotating fixture puts the other part on the finished product packaging conveyor line, and stacks them together with the part of blocks that have been extracted to form a stack of blocks with fork holes. The main function of the baler is to vertically bundle the block stack in the longitudinal and transverse directions to complete the pallet-free packaging process of blocks.
