The pouring mixer is one of the core equipment in the AAC block machine. Weighted slurry, waste slurry, water, cement, lime and aluminum paste are added into the mixer in sequence. The machine mixes these materials at high speed so that the slurry becomes a uniform mixture with a certain density before pouring, and a heating device may be required during this process. It is used in the pouring and pre-curing section, where it works together with the related upstream and downstream operations.
In the AAC production line, the pouring mixer is arranged in the batching and pouring section after the weighing process and before the mould filling process. Its role is to complete rapid and uniform mixing of the materials needed for pouring, and then discharge the tempered slurry into the moulds. The pouring process is controlled by a pneumatic butterfly valve, and all materials, including aluminum powder, should be fully mixed within one minute. It is arranged with the related equipment and transfer steps in the pouring and pre-curing section.
After all required materials are introduced into the mixer, the machine performs rapid mixing so the slurry reaches the required uniformity and temperature. After being blended in the pouring mixer, the tempered slurry is poured into moulds through the pouring system.
The pouring mixer is used in the AAC batching and pouring section for mixing fresh slurry, waste slurry, lime, cement, gypsum and aluminum powder before mould filling. It is suitable for AAC production layouts that require short mixing time, stable pouring preparation and direct connection with the mould pouring process. It can be used in AAC production layouts that follow the same process route, material handling sequence, and operating arrangement.
