The slurry and powder material scale system is used for the weight batching process in the AAC line. Sand slurry and waste slurry are measured by electronic scale, while cement and lime are measured by powder scale according to the proportion requirement. It serves as both a slurry weight scale and a powder weight scale, and is used in the pouring and pre-curing section together with the related equipment.
In the AAC production line, this system is arranged in the pouring and pre-curing section to complete the measuring step before mixing and pouring. Its role is to weigh slurry materials and powder materials according to the required proportion, so that the following batching and pouring process can proceed with the specified material ratio. Cement, lime and gypsum are conveyed to the scale for measurement, and batching can be realized by semi-automatic control or automatic PLC control. It is arranged with the related equipment and transfer steps in the pouring and pre-curing section.
Materials enter the hopper and are measured by the weight sensors, which transfer the weight signal to the weighing display. Powder materials such as cement, lime and gypsum are conveyed to the scale by screw conveyor, and batching is then completed under semi-automatic or PLC automatic control.
This system is used in AAC production for the weighing of sand slurry, waste slurry, cement, lime and gypsum before batching and pouring.
