Teeyer Intelligent Empowers Shanghai Yushanhong to Build a Global Super Production Line (Series One)

Hello everyone! I am Xiong Ronghai from the Project Service Department of Teeyer Intelligent as the Project Manager of the Shanghai Yushanhong Super Production Line!

It is my great honor to present this landmark project, which is set to rewrite the history of China’s AAC industry, to the global audience

The project is strategically located in Songjiang District, Shanghai, leveraging the Beimaojing waterway, and enjoys the convenience of both water and land logistics. Equipped with cutting-edge technologies such as dual-pouring, dual-ferry systems, servo-hydraulic systems, and rack-and-pinion mechanisms, this production line—boasting an annual capacity of over one million cubic meters—will become a new milestone for China’s AAC industry and a future international showcase center for the global sector.

The pile foundation work has been completed ahead of schedule.

The project kick-off meeting was held on May 10, 2025.

Civil construction officially commenced on May 15.

Electrical installation and commissioning are expected to conclude by early October, followed by trial production with raw materials in mid-October.
