Thailand Diamond Group as a Local Forerunner with Green Separation Technology
Recently, the autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) production line built by Teeyer Intelligent for Thailand’s Diamond Group successfully conducted trial production with raw materials. This milestone marks the first successful overseas deployment and operation of Teeyer’s independently developed green separation technology in a full-scale production line.

High-precision separation: By intelligently adjusting the separating support positions, it achieves high-precision separating of green cakes. Equipped with a real-time quality in spection system, it completely overcomes the industry challenges of sticking and damage in traditional processes.
Optimized vertical-cutting & horizontal-steaming process: The product qualification rate is significantly improved, providing customers with a more efficient and stable production solution.
Innovative separating drive technology: The full-mold separating production efficiency has increased by over 50% compared to the first generation, achieving a qualitative leap in over all capacity

To meet Thailand Diamond 's demand for very thin products, Teeyer leveraged its “green separating” technology to innovatively develop a 7.0/7.5 cm thin product solution.
