The tilting hoister is used in the AAC cutting section to grasp the mould and rotate it about 90 degrees for cutting preparation. During this operation, it also separates the empty mould base from the cake-and-side-wall combination so that mould components can return to the mould circulation route.
In the AAC production line, the tilting hoister is used before cutting to turn the pre-cured mould into the required cutting posture. At the same time, it separates the empty mould base from the cake and side wall combination, allowing the mould components to return for the next pouring cycle and enabling the green cake to move to the next cutting step.
The tilting hoister grips the mould, turns it to the cutting position, and separates the empty mould base from the cake-and-side-wall combination. This allows the mould circulation route and the cutting route to continue separately in the production line.
This equipment is used in AAC cutting sections where pre-cured moulds need to be turned, separated, and transferred into the cutting route. It is suitable for lines that require mould circulation and cutting preparation to be completed in one handling step.
