The tongue groove station is used in the AAC cutting section for side processing of the cake after transfer to the tongue-and-groove area. It is used for AAC block and panel production and is especially necessary and critical in AAC panel production.
In the AAC production line, after the cutting cart carries the side plate and cake to the tongue-and-groove area, both sides of the cake are processed. Panel products may require an additional groove operation. The knives are hung on pillars, can be changed according to panel type, and the procedure is controlled by PLC.
After the side plate and cake are carried to the tongue-and-groove area, the station performs side processing on both sides of the cake. According to product type, the knives are changed as needed, and the operation is controlled by PLC. For some panel products, an extra groove operation is required.
This equipment is used in AAC block and panel production lines that require tongue-and-groove processing after cake transfer in the cutting section. It is especially suitable for AAC panel production where side profile processing is a necessary part of the product arrangement.
