The top and bottom cleaning system is used in the AAC cutting section for automatic bottom or top peeling of the green body after cutting. It is used together with the tilting table to separate waste generated during cutting and recycle it into waste slurry.
In the AAC production line, this system is arranged after the cutting process to clean the green body and separate removable waste from the useful body. It supports automatic top or bottom peeling, reduces manual work, and connects the recovered material with the waste-slurry route.
After cutting, the system performs automatic peeling on the top or bottom of the green body. The removed waste is separated from the useful body and returned to the waste-slurry route for recycling.
