The up-and-down pouring device is as a key unit of the AAC block pouring machine. It comprises a pouring nozzle, lifting arm and air compressor cylinder, and is mounted below the pouring mixer while being connected with the PLC control system. It is positioned directly at the discharge point from the mixer to the mould. It is used in the pouring and pre-curing section, where it works together with the related upstream and downstream operations.
In the AAC production line, this device is used in the pouring section after mixing and before the mould filling process is completed. Its role is to guide the slurry into empty moulds while working with the mixer and control system. The device reduces the number of big air bubbles in the mould, keeps the AAC pouring area clean, and helps prevent the oil layer on the inner wall of the mould from being damaged so that the green cake will not stick to the mould when being turned over. It is arranged with the related equipment and transfer steps in the pouring and pre-curing section.
After mixing, the slurry is discharged toward the empty moulds through the up-and-down pouring device. The coordinated movement of the pouring assembly and control system manages the mould filling stage while reducing large bubbles and protecting the inner oil film of the mould.
The up-and-down pouring device is used in AAC production where slurry needs to be poured into empty moulds after mixing. It is suitable for mould filling processes that require connection with the pouring mixer and PLC control system, together with cleaner pouring and reduced bubble formation in the mould. It can be used in AAC production layouts that follow the same process route, material handling sequence, and operating arrangement.
