The vacuum suction hood is used to clean the waste produced during the AAC production. It is mounted on the vertical cutting machine or handing hole making machine.
After vertical cutting, the waste material will be collected, and the green cake as well as the side plate will be carried away. The waste material falls into the recycling water groove. Then the semi-finished product elevating device conveys the green cake and side plate onto the autoclave cart, where the cake will be grouped.
Usually, the waste can’t be wiped out by hand. Staying on the top of the cake, it may stick to the block after the autoclaving curing, and thus lowering the product quality and appearance. By using the vacuum suction hood, you can improve the product quality and qualified rate. In addition, by enhancing waste recycling rate, the product cost can be reduced.
