Unlocking Market Potential in Southeast Asia
As Southeast Asia's largest economy and the world's fourth most populous country (281 million people), Indonesia benefits from a young demographic and rapidly advancing urbanization—laying a strong foundation for future economic growth. In recent years, infrastructure development in Indonesia has accelerated, triggering a surge in demand for autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) products, which are currently in short supply.
MSM Group, a prominent Indonesian construction conglomerate, was an early entrant into the AAC market and now operates six AAC production lines across the country. Its latest collaboration with Teeyer Intelligent—the Fuxin Project—is located in Central Java. Featuring Teeyer's latest 6×1.2m fully automatic model, the line has now successfully entered production, opening a new chapter for high-capacity AAC manufacturing in Indonesia.
Record-Breaking Capacity and Smart Design
The Indonesia Fuxin Project is the highest-capacity AAC production line ever built in Indonesia, with a monthly output of 80,000 cubic meters of AAC blocks. It incorporates Teeyer Intelligent's most advanced production technology, including:
Dual pouring mixers for consistent material flow
Twin ferry carts for both loading into and unloading from the pre-curing chamber
Dual separators post-autoclaving for streamlined block handling
This configuration meets Indonesia's market demand for high-output and thin, lightweight blocks.
To support the fast pace of production, the entire line is equipped with servo-driven systems. These offer superior precision and speed control, rapid response to signals, and efficient, energy-saving equipment operation.
A Long-Term Commitment to Indonesia's AAC Industry
Teeyer Intelligent has played a critical role in Indonesia's AAC market development since 2006, when it exported its first AAC production line to the country. To date, over 30 AAC lines have been delivered—making Teeyer the market leader in Indonesia by share.
In just the past five years, Teeyer has shipped nearly 20 high-capacity 6-meter AAC lines to Indonesia. In addition to the now-operational Fuxin and Platinum projects, the Innovation Project is currently undergoing final installation and commissioning, gearing up for launch.
In January 2025, Teeyer Intelligent marked a major milestone in its global service strategy by establishing a dedicated parts center in Jakarta, improving after-sales support and operational continuity for Indonesian customers.
