On June 11, 2026, Jiangsu Teeyer Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. ("Teeyer") officially signed a cooperation agreement with HOPLUC Construction Joint Stock Company ("HOPLUC"), one of Vietnam's leading industrial construction contractors. The two companies will jointly develop a modern Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) manufacturing plant in Ninh Binh Province, Vietnam, contributing to the advancement of green building materials across Vietnam and Southeast Asia.

The project will be located in Ninh Binh Province. Phase I includes the construction of an AAC block production line with an annual capacity of 280,000 m³, while sufficient space has been reserved for future expansion. Upon full completion, the plant will be capable of producing either 450,000 m³ of AAC blocks or 300,000 m³ of AAC panels annually, with flexible production switching based on market demand. The facility is scheduled to commence commercial operation in January 2027.
As the project's core equipment supplier and integrated process solution provider, Teeyer will deliver the complete AAC production process, intelligent equipment, and automation control system. The project will also incorporate several of Teeyer's latest self-developed intelligent manufacturing technologies.
Most notably, this project marks the first deployment in Vietnam of Teeyer's Dual-direction Green Separator system and its Non-pallet Packaging System, which supports both palletized and pallet-free packaging. These next-generation technologies will significantly improve product separation quality, packaging efficiency, and logistics flexibility, helping the customer reduce operating costs while increasing production efficiency.
In addition, the plant has been designed with an open interface for a future Manufacturing Execution System (MES), providing a solid foundation for digital factory development and intelligent production management.

Another key feature of the project is its strong emphasis on sustainability. During the engineering design stage, interfaces have been reserved for the future integration of OCMC carbon mineralization technology. As the technology matures and project requirements evolve, the plant will be able to adopt carbon capture and utilization solutions to further reduce emissions and enhance green manufacturing capabilities, aligning with the global trend toward low-carbon and sustainable construction.
