The belt conveyor is an important material conveying equipment for the autoclaved aerated concrete block and panel production line. It has big conveying capacity, simple structure, easy maintenance, and standardized components, making it suitable for regular material transfer in the raw material processing section.
In the AAC production line, the belt conveyor connects raw material handling steps by moving bulk materials between feeding, crushing, storage, and other preparation points. It can be used individually or together with other belt conveying machines or different kinds of conveying machine, so it can be arranged as part of a larger conveying system according to the plant layout.

The parameters in the table are based on certain material density (1.0–1.6 t/m3), inclining angle (≤18°), and material stacking angle (30°).
The maximum material density is 2.5 t/m2.
