The slurry storage tank is used after the ball mill stage to store prepared slurry before it is transferred further in the AAC process. The slurry is pumped into the tank and kept in motion so that sedimentation can be avoided during storage.
In the raw material processing section, the slurry storage tank receives the slurry after milling and holds it for subsequent use. The agitator in the tank works constantly to avoid slurry sedimentation, so the tank functions as a storage point that also maintains the working condition of fly ash slurry or sand slurry before it is used in later process steps.
After the ball mill, the slurry is pumped to the storage tank. Inside the tank, the mixing device keeps the slurry moving so that sedimentation is reduced during storage. Material level gauges are used to detect the slurry level in the tank.
The slurry storage tank is used for storing prepared fly ash slurry or sand slurry in the AAC production line. It is suitable for process arrangements where milled slurry needs temporary storage and continuous agitation before transfer to batching or other downstream operations.
