Teeyer has signed an contract with Kazakhstan-based Gas&Beton to build a new Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) production facility in Almaty, Kazakhstan’s largest city. The plant is scheduled to commence operation in June 2027.
In parallel with the new project, Teeyer will also carry out two AAC production line modernization projects in Astana and Shymkent. The combination of the new plant and the two upgrading projects will further consolidate the company’s presence in Kazakhstan and reflect the growing momentum of the country’s AAC industry.

Supporting Growing Demand for Modern Building Materials
Gas&Beton is a well-established AAC manufacturer in Kazakhstan, long focusing on the production and market development of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) products. Relying on its stable product quality, comprehensive sales network, and extensive project service experience, the company has established a strong market reputation within the local construction industry.
In recent years, sustained urbanization in Kazakhstan and a growing pipeline of residential, commercial and public infrastructure projects have driven rising market demand for high-performance, energy-efficient and eco-friendly construction materials. Thanks to their advantages including light weight, high strength, thermal insulation and energy conservation, AAC products have gradually become a preferred material in the local construction market. To cater to future market expansion, Gas&Beton has chosen to invest in a new-generation AAC facility designed to boost production efficiency, diversify its product portfolio, and strengthen its long-term competitiveness.
A Complete AAC Plant Solution from Teeyer
As a global supplier of AAC production equipment and complete plant solutions, Teeyer Intelligent has long been dedicated to offering customers integrated one-stop solutions spanning process design, equipment manufacturing, automated control, digital management and full-lifecycle services.
Under this cooperation, Teeyer Intelligent will deliver a comprehensive modern AAC production line solution for the project. The new production line will primarily manufacture 6-meter AAC blocks, with reserved production capacity for AAC panels, laying a solid foundation for future market expansion and product upgrading.
The facility will also incorporate Teeyer’s latest servo-driven side-cutting technology and servo-hydraulic systems. Compared with conventional solutions, the upgraded control architecture delivers superior cutting accuracy, improved operational stability, enhanced automation performance, and reduced energy consumption, helping to ensure reliable and efficient long-term plant operation.
Upon completion, the facility will support the growing demand for AAC products in Almaty and surrounding regions while providing a modern manufacturing platform for future expansion.

Modernizing Existing Production Capacity
In addition to the new plant project, Teeyer will undertake two AAC production line modernization and renovation projects for existing manufacturers in Astana and Shymkent.
As industrial competition intensifies continuously, many AAC producers are seeking practical ways to improve production efficiency, product consistency, and equipment reliability. Modernization projects offer an effective solution by unlocking the potential of existing production capacity in a shorter cycle, becoming a crucial way for enterprises to enhance core competitiveness.
Based on the actual conditions of customers’ in-service production lines, Teeyer will implement targeted upgrades to key production processes, including cutting systems and tilting hoists. The modernization program is designed to improve operational performance, enhance product quality consistency, and increase overall plant productivity.
The projects are expected to be completed within three to four months. Teeyer will advance project construction following standardized procedures including on-site investigation, customized solution design, project implementation, installation and commissioning, helping customers achieve dual improvement in product quality and production capacity.
Strengthening AAC Development in Central Asia
Central Asia continues to experience increasing investment in infrastructure, housing, and sustainable construction. As demand grows for high-performance and energy-efficient building materials, AAC gains wider recognition and brings new development opportunities to the regional market.
From new plant construction to the modernization of existing facilities, Teeyer is actively supporting the development of the regional AAC industry through advanced technology, engineering expertise, and lifecycle services.

The simultaneous execution of multiple projects in Kazakhstan demonstrates both the continued growth potential of the local AAC market and the confidence that customers place in Teeyer’s solutions and project capabilities.
As the company continues to expand its international footprint, Teeyer adheres to an innovation-driven development strategy. Relying on intelligent manufacturing technologies, digital solutions and a global service network, Teeyer remains committed to working closely with partners around the world to deliver high-quality AAC projects that feature higher efficiency, lower energy consumption and greener sustainability.
