The tilting table is used in the AAC cutting section to receive the green cake and side plate after turning and to support the following cutting and cleaning operations. It is part of the transfer and positioning sequence around the cutting station.
In the AAC production line, after the mould is turned by the tilting hoister, the green cake and side plate are placed on the tilting table for subsequent cutting operations. The top and bottom cleaning system is also used together with the tilting table in the cutting section.
After the mould turning step, the green cake and side plate are transferred onto the tilting table. The table supports positioning and handling for the next cutting and cleaning steps in the section.
