The anti-corrosion ferry cart suspends batches of assembled steel mesh sheets (or cages) and immerses them in a corrosion-resistant solution within a dipping tank, ensuring comprehensive saturation of the steel mesh sheets (or cages) with the solution. Once the immersion is complete, they are lifted out, and after a brief pause above the liquid surface to allow excess solution to drip off, the cart suspends the steel mesh sheets (or cages) with adhered anti-corrosion solution and places them in a drying box.
This device can realize the concentrated anti-corrosion of the steel mesh in batches during the production of aerated concrete slabs, which reduces the labor intensity of the employees and improves the working condition. Product Description
The wax dipping lifting device is a regular equipment in AAC panel production plant.
Assembled steel frames with steel pins together to be lifted by this device, dipping into wax, it will help to prevent steel pins from sticky material when drawing from mould.
A batch of steel mesh (or mesh cage) is hoisted by the wax-dipping lifting device and immersed in the wax tank, so that the wax liquid is fully immersed in the steel mesh (or mesh cage). After the immersion is completed, it can be lift out, stay few minutes until the extra liquid drips. Then moving into dry box.
