The separator is used in the finished products packing section to separate mature cakes that remain attached after autoclaving. The mature cake is conveyed to the separator elevator and raised so that clamps can hold the first two layers close to the separating line. This makes the separator an important handling device before later conveying, clamping, or packing steps.
In the AAC production line, the separator is arranged between autoclaving output and later finished-product handling. Its function is to separate adjacent blocks or panels through the coordinated action of the elevator, clamps, oil cylinders, and guide rods. By opening the mature cake layer by layer, it prepares the products for smoother downstream transfer in the packing section.
The separator first receives the mature cake from the previous transfer stage. It then raises the product so the clamp can hold the upper layers while the machine separates adjacent blocks or panels. This process helps open the finished product layers before further conveying or packing.
It is used for separating autoclaved AAC products before final handling and packing. Typical applications include finished cake separation before hoisting, conveying, clamping, or packaging, and handling arrangements where products need to be divided into layers after autoclaving.
